Here’s our timeline for what you can expect next:

Step 1: Make A Game Plan

First step when selling your home is to meet up at the property you plan on selling to come up with our game plan. Selling your home for top dollar requires some planning and that's what we're going to do. We're going to get together to determine price, our selling strategy, and our marketing game plan. We'll also go over items like do you need to buy a house first and when is the best time to sell your house. 


Step 2: Preparing Your Home To Sell For Top Dollar

There are many factors that go into selling your home as much money as possible, and one of those factors is making sure your house looks it's absolute best. We only get one shot to make a great first impression, so it is extremely important that your home looks like a 10 out of 10. My Stager and I will be coming out to help you come up with a game plan on how to make sure your home look as appealing as possible to as many buyers as possible.

Remember, the more you declutter, repair, and clean the more money you’ll put in your pocket.


Step 3: Shooting Day

Now that your hosue is in perfect show ready condition, my Photographer, Videographer, and I will be coming out to photograph, video shoot, and 3D scan your home. We’ll need about 4 hours to complete the process and ask that you vacate the property. This process is much easier with an empty house. 


Step 4: Marketing Preparations

My team and I will finalize all the marketing and promotional material. Postcards, digital ads, email campaigns, social media posts, flyers, property website, neighborhood call list, virtual tour, and more will all be created and standing by for launch. 


Step 5: Double Checking The Market 

As you know, the market changes daily and anything can happen. Right before we go live with your home on the market, it’s important that we double check our numbers to make sure we still have the right price. While it’s unlikely, It’s possible that we’ll need to make a price adjustment. 


Step 6: Going Live

It’s show time! Your home will appear live on the Multiple Listings Services and will be syndicated to ALL home search websites (Zillow, Trulia, realtor.com, redfin, RE/MAX, etc.). We’ll also start sending out emails and post cards, start our ad campaigns, and begin calling your neighbors looking for a buyer. You’ll also get a personalized marketing packet with photos, links, and ads that you can share on social media and email with friends and family. 


Step 7: Showing Your Home

It’s show time! Your home will appear live on the Multiple Listings Services and will be syndicated to ALL home search websites (Zillow, Trulia, realtor.com, redfin, RE/MAX, etc.). We’ll also start sending out emails and post cards, start our ad campaigns, and begin calling your neighbors looking for a buyer. You’ll also get a personalized marketing packet with photos, links, and ads that you can share on social media and email with friends and family. 


Step 8: Accepting an Offer

It’s show time! Your home will appear live on the Multiple Listings Services and will be syndicated to ALL home search websites (Zillow, Trulia, realtor.com, redfin, RE/MAX, etc.).
